Automotive Internet Sales Representative

Clay Cooley Hyundai of Rockwall is currently seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated Internet Sales Representatives to help grow the book of business. We are looking for honest, hardworking, positive team players. You will learn how to sell yourself, your organization, and your product which makes this the perfect entry level position for the automotive industry!

Job Duties:

• Makes outbound and receives inbound call center phone calls. The Internet Sales Representative relays product knowledge and standards via internet sources (i.e., email, social media, etc.).
• Sets sales and service appointments, initiates service reminders. The Internet Sales Representative reviews and surveys service and sales prospects for follow-up.
• Establishes and maintains good working relationships within dealership departments. The Internet Sales Representative promotes seamless transition of customer relationship from to sales and service departments.
• Follows all company policies and procedures. The Internet Sales Representative demonstrates behaviors consistent with Clay Cooley Auto Group values in all interactions with customers, employees, and vendors while prospecting via the internet.

Job Requirements:

• General familiarity with a variety of vehicles
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer and phone skills
